Web site awards are a way to acknowledge talented individuals that have striven to create a web site experience for its visitors.

Websites of all types can apply for our website award. Your site will be judged across a broad spectrum of capabilities. it is irrelevant to us if you web site receives 10 or 10,000 visitors per day, your web site will be judged on an independent quality assessment alone.

Not all web sites submitted receive our award.Our judges are all professional website designers with many years of practical experience and knowledge, we appreciate that everyone starts at the beginning regardless of how long the journey so don't be afraid to submit your web site

• The website is live online
• Contains NO Adult content
• Has its own "domain name"
• Not hosted on a "free" server
• Submitted website information correctly
• Provided a valid email address
• Has not already applied in the last 30 days

YWSA Reserve the right to NOT award any website it deems in-appropriate. We will not answer any questions on our decisions.

Are aim is to give all webmasters regardless of knowledge and experience, recognition for their dedication and hard work. Not everyone has a bottomless wallet when it comes to building websites.

If you know of a web site that deserves a little "outside" acknowledgement then why not submit the web site details to us for free! Our independent judges will visit the web site submitted and decide for themselves if they agree with you.
If they can see the same hard work and enjoy a pleasant visitor experience while browsing your web site they will acknowledge it with an award!

Submitting a website to our panel of judges is completely free. We are very fortunate to be sponsored so we can provide this service for free to all visitors. Our panel of judges supply their valuble time for free also.

Our web site awards are not depicted on any level or grading system. If your web site provides the right combination of features and we feel it is deserved then it will be awarded.

Web award images remain the property of YWSA and are not given out at any time. If our judges deem your site to be at a standard fitting for our award a link will be sent to the submitted email address. The link can be simply copied to your own web site pages if you wish and the image will be displayed as above.

All award images will have the "WEB AWARD 2007" displayed. After 2007 the new link sent to approved sites will contain "WEB AWARD 2008" and so on.

All websites confirmed and awarded will be added to our "Awarded Websites Page"
